Shipping policy
Best Glide ASE utilizes UPS and USPS as our standard methods of shipping. UPS and USPS allow us to provide you notification of shipment information and a tracking number so that you may monitor your order’s status. The shipping and handling charges are determined by an approximation of weight. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
If you would prefer another method of shipping, please contact us prior to ordering and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Our preferred method of shipping over seas is via U.S. Postal Global Express Mail (EMS). This method is usually the least expensive and is trackable. Please contact us at info@bestglide.com for more information.
All shipments to Canada are shipped UPS unless US Postal Service (USPS) shipping is requested. However, please know that UPS applies fees, that we have no control over, to packages delivered to Canada addresses, which are collected by UPS prior to delivery. These fees do not go to us and are the sole responsibility of UPS.

Hazmat Shipping
Unfortunately, Hazardous Material Shipments cost substantially more than normal shipments. Hazardous materials include such items as signal flares, fire extinguishers and other items the shipping company has deemed as potentially hazardous to transport via commercial shipper. Due to this fact, we regret that we have to add an additional charge for shipping on these items. This charge will be automatically calculated at the time of your order. For Hazmat items please call us to make delivery arrangements. We cannot currently take these orders via our automated web site. We apologize but we currently cannot ship hazardous materials internationally, or to Alaska and Hawaii.
