These convenient flameless heating kits heat Mountain House Freeze Dried Food in about 20 minutes. All you have to do is add clean water and the Mountain Oven heating process will increase the water temperature by about 100 F. With each Mountain House Flameless Heating Kit comes enough for (5) uses: (1) reusable insulated outer pouch (1) plastic storage bag (1) plastic bottle (5) salt tablets (5) heat activation pads. The total kit size is 10" x 12" and weights 14 ounces.
